Clanbrassil Street/St Nicholas Quarter Public Realm Rejuvenation Scheme, Dundalk – John Cradock Limited

The official opening of the Clanbrassil Street/St Nicholas Quarter Public Realm Rejuvenation Scheme in Dundalk took place in September of 2020. The scheme was completed over 12 months by John Cradock Ltd (JCL). The works comprised the provision of new widened asphalt footpaths and parking bays and new asphalt surfacing on Clanbrassil Street, planting and seating areas, upgrading of public lighting, improved pedestrian crossings points and a decluttering of footpaths.

Despite Covid-19 lockdowns, MMD Construction delivered the Radharc An tSaile housing scheme in Kinsale for Clúid Housing just one week behind schedule. MMD Construction was the main contractor and Project Supervisor Construction Stage for Radharc An tSaile, a 40 unit Nearly Zero Energy Building (NZEB) standard social housing scheme in Kinsale, County Cork, for approved housing body Clúid Housing.
