As sustainability expectations rise across Ireland’s built environment, waste management is no longer a back-of-house necessity, it’s a measurable part of project performance. From traceability to diversion targets, the right partner can protect compliance and strengthen environmental outcomes.

Go Green Ireland launched into the Republic of Ireland in 2023, building on the wider Go Green group’s experience (established 2000, turnover €70m) to deliver practical, data-led waste solutions that support contractors, developers, and facilities’ teams across the country.

Who Go Green Ireland are

Go Green Ireland provides end-to-end waste management services designed around three priorities:

– Sustainability performance

– Compliance confidence

– Operational reliability

Whether supporting a single site or a multi-location portfolio, our approach is built on clear processes, consistent documentation, and transparent reporting.

Sustainability that stands up to scrutiny

We help clients move beyond “waste removed” to measured sustainability outcomes, with practical support that improves performance on live sites:

– Segregation reviews to reduce contamination and maximise recycling potential.

– Waste minimisation advice aligned to the realities of construction, fit-out and operations.

– Diversion-focused routing that prioritises recovery options where appropriate.

– Evidence-led reporting to support ESG frameworks.

Sustainability isn’t a statement, it’s a dataset. Our reporting is designed to show what, when, and where, and to make that information easy to access

Supporting BREEAM & LEED

For teams working towards BREEAM and LEED requirements, Go Green Ireland supports the evidence trail by providing clear documentation and reporting outputs that help demonstrate:

– Waste streams and movements

– Collection frequency and service records

– Diversion/recovery performance (where applicable)

– Auditable documentation to support project submissions.

Just as importantly, we work with site teams to make the process practical — helping ensure the right containers, signage and segregation guidance are in place to support performance from day one.

Compliance you can evidence

Compliance is strongest when it’s designed into the service. Our focus is on the fundamentals:

– Clear duty of care documentation

– Traceability and audit readiness

– Consistent processes across sites.

Support during compliance checks and client audits for project teams, that translates into fewer surprises, clearer records, and a service that stands up to scrutiny.
