Elliott Group, Building & Civil Engineering Ltd, recently celebrated an impressive milestone at its Windmill residential development site in Clonsilla, Dublin, where it held a topping-out ceremony to recognise the hard work and support from its project team.

A Christmas tree was placed on the top level, as is tradition, as a symbol of good luck for future occupants, continued growth and a safe job, which is at the core of the Elliott Group directive.

Representing the project team were members from Elliott Group, Caye Construction, Home Building Finance Ireland (HBFI), Urbeo, McCrossan O’Rourke Manning Architects, O’Byrne Jenkins Chartered Quantity Surveyors and Project Managers, 2HQ Consulting Engineers Ltd, Delap & Waller, Ronan MacDiarmada & Associates Ltd, OLM Consultancy, Kilsaran, and Hooke & MacDonald.

The much-anticipated development includes 211 apartments in four blocks, complete with a landscaped public open space.
