Conversely, well‑designed spaces—featuring natural daylight, strong ventilation, good acoustics and flexible layouts—deliver measurable improvements in mood, cognition and concentration. A recent study at CBRE’s Amsterdam headquarters demonstrated the impact of human‑centric lighting, with employees reporting increased energy, improved accuracy and higher overall wellbeing.
As hybrid work evolves, CPAC Modular emphasises that offices must now offer a “commute‑worthy” experience, providing opportunities for connection, collaboration and personalised working.
Sustainability remains central to CPAC Modular’s approach. With construction and buildings responsible for 39% of global carbon emissions according to the World Green Building Council, offsite construction offers a lower-carbon alternative—reducing waste, vehicle movements and embodied carbon while enabling faster delivery.
Recent projects delivered by CPAC Modular include Ireland’s first permanent modular‑built school in Lucan, Dublin, demonstrating how MMC can meet today’s needs while allowing for future adaptation.
