Projects
Recently completed Dublin projects include 2 Cumberland Place; The Guinness Enterprise Centre; OPW 1GQ; Diageo Kegline Project; 94 St Stephens Green; 16 St Stephens Green; and New Century
House.
Flynn has also completed several critical projects, including data centres in Dublin, London, Frankfurt and Denmark; biopharma projects in Dublin, Galway and Limerick; and aviation projects in Dublin, Shannon and Cork.
Regionally in Ireland, Flynn has completed primary care centres; the International Rugby Experience in Limerick; Fairgreen student accommodation in Galway; and a baggage area upgrade project at Shannon Airport.
In London, Flynn has completed a data centre, a refurbishment and fit-out at St Katherine’s Dock, and the refurbishment of 14 Hays Mews, a listed building in Mayfair.
People
