Employing over 100 people directly, Purcell Construction operates nationally with offices in Galway and Dublin.
It recently announced a number of senior management level appointments. Michael Bane has moved to the position of chairman, with Derek Timlin taking over from him as managing director. Tom O’Sullivan has joined the board as estimating director, and Maria O’Connor has joined the board in the role of financial director. The changes to the board of directors will strengthen Purcell’s team and enable the contractor to grow from the platform it has created.
Derek Timlin comments: “We are currently active in many sectors, including commercial, education, healthcare and residential.
