Lynskey Engineering projects
Lynskey Engineering provides services to a broad range of sectors, including data centres, office developments, retail, healthcare and hotels.
It has an extensive range of completed projects in its portfolio. These include Dublin North Dock office development (8,500 sq metres to LEED Gold), Three Park Place office development and subsequent fit-out for IDA (LEED Platinum), multiple data centres in Ireland and overseas, as well as turnkey healthcare projects in private and public hospitals.
More recently, Lynskey Engineering completed work on the first phase of a major data centre in Frankfurt. This phase has a 9MW capacity. A large retail development in Belfast is also nearing completion, while in Mannheim, Germany, Lynskey handed over a hotel earlier this year.
Other current projects include an extension to the Kerrygold plant in Mitchelstown; a data centre in Swindon, UK; Four Park Place office development (18,000 sq metres shell and core Cat A); MSD BioNx project (specialist pipework installation); a LIDL distribution centre in Mullingar; a cath lab in Blackrock Clinic; and a data centre in Frankfurt (Phase 2).
