Martin Cooney has joined solicitors ByrneWallace as a partner and Head of the firm’s construction law practice.
Martin has over 10 years’ experience advising on all aspects of construction law, both contentious and non-contentious, and he is experienced in dispute resolution, having represented employers, consultants and contractors in mediations, conciliations, adjudications, expert determinations, arbitration and in the commercial court. He has particular expertise in Health & Safety relating to construction and engineering projects and has represented clients in defence of HSA prosecutions.
