Bennett Construction ethos
Bennett’s organisational structure has evolved over its 100-year history, but it retains a hands-on approach to projects with director involvement in every project. This focus on the small detail sets Bennett apart from its competitors and allows it to repeatedly deliver for clients and win work on a repeat basis.
Bennett’s supply chain is diverse and robust. It has built up strong relationships with its partners over many years and can ensure that the delivery challenges on each project are matched by the skill sets within its supply chain.
As a gold member of the Irish Green Building Council, Bennett continuously strives to perform to best practice in all matters relating to sustainability in its mission to lessen its impact on the environment whilst improving standards of living and building new partnerships in the localities in which it operates.

Bennett Irish projects
In Ireland, Bennett had several exciting projects on site in the past 12 months, including successfully achieving practical completion on the EXO building in Dublin – Ireland’s tallest office block standing at 17 storeys over basement. This iconic building has won the Irish Construction Excellence Award for “Commercial Buildings over €15m”.
Bennett successfully secured the Camden Yard project on Kevin Street, Dublin, for Westridge. This large mixed-use commercial and residential project includes the construction of nearly 60,000 sq metres of office space and 299 residential units together with a renewed public park, cinema, library and community space. Bennett will be on site for a number of years with the delivery of this project. The former TU Dublin site would be familiar to a large cohort of construction professionals who would have travelled through its grounds over the years.
Bennett Construction also recently commenced work on site for the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland on the construction of its new expansion project, known as Project Connect, a 12,000-sq-metre state-of-the-art education and research building in Dublin city. This new building will link to the building at 26 York Street (previously completed by Bennett) and will open up the spaces to 3,000 students and staff.
Bennett is continuing to work on a number of social housing developments in Swords and Chapelizod. Combined, these developments will provide almost 300 residential units.
Bennett continues to grow its relationship with Primark, having just achieved PC on Primark’s new store in Carlow and recently commenced work on its 43,000-sq-foot store in The Square Town Centre, Tallaght.
In recent years, Bennett has delivered a number of large data centre facilities and is currently well advanced on data hall developments in Clonee and Grange Castle for global clients.

Bennett UK projects
Earlier this year in London, Bennett completed Millbrook Park, a development of over 250 homes.
It is currently constructing several large high-density residential projects, including 9 Osier Way, London, a residential development consisting of 196 units, Winstanley Park consisting of 126 residential units and Travelodge Oval, a new 96-bedroom hotel. It is also continuing to work on the Greenwich Millennium Village (GMV) development, delivering a further 306 residential units, bringing the total number of residential units to over 600 delivered by Bennett under the GMV Scheme.
