Hegarty Demolition was contracted on behalf of the developer Hines to carry out enabling, alteration and extensive construction work. The main areas where works were carried out comprised:
• The tower building east and west core
• The roof of the tower building
• The plaza and basement
• The annexe and commercial buildings, and
• Open spaces around the buildings.
