A CIF Breakfast Briefing in conjunction with the National Roads Authority (NRA), the Local Authority Safety Advisors Group and the Health and Safety Authority

Developing expertise in the area of temporary traffic management (TTM) has been on the agenda of many agencies for the past decade. Advances have been made in developing resources and competencies during this period. Work is continuing to advance the skills and knowledge of practitioners in the sector.

This seminar will outline the experiences of the Health and Safety Authority on the ground and the Local Authorities will outline the findings from recent reviews of common issues arising at temporary traffic management sites. Also, the NRA will discuss the protection of workers on live roads and concerns regarding the actions of motorists through temporary traffic management.
